Domestic Admissions Deadlines for the
2021-2022 School Year
Priority Domestic Admission Deadline: Friday, January 15, 2021
There are many advantages to applying by the “Priority” admission deadline. In addition to knowing you’ll be joining the Husky family just a few weeks into 2021, all accepted “priority” students receive access to our “Breakfast with the Counselors” series throughout the Winter and Spring of 2020. We also guarantee qualified* “priority” applicants admission to our specialized ASEP, International Business, and International Baccalaureate programs.
Acceptances for Priority Applications will be sent the first week of February 2021.
*Program heads review applications to our ASEP, International Business, and International Baccalaureate programs to determine eligibility.
After our domestic priority application deadline, candidates are invited to submit their applications for the fall 2021 semester to “Prep” at any time. Under our rolling admission policy, acceptances will be issued as space for the fall semester is available.

Advanced Program Applications
Students interested in our Advanced Science and Engineering Program (ASEP) or the International Business Program (IBP) must apply to the program separately from the Fairmont Application. To learn more and apply, click here.

Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the annual tuition is due at the time of enrollment.

Fairmont Preparatory Academy is committed to providing a quality education to every student who walks through our doors. Financial Assistance is based solely on need.
Fairmont will make every effort to accommodate all families who are deemed eligible, however, due to the limited amount of tuition assistance funds available there is no guarantee that 100 percent of each family’s need will be met.

What are the requirements for admission into Fairmont Preparatory Academy?
All students are encouraged to apply to Fairmont Preparatory Academy. Along with the completed application and non-refundable $100 application fee, each prospective student will need to submit the required items below.
- Report Cards (last 2 complete years)
- Standardized test score (taken within last 2 years)
- Copy of birth certificate and/or passport
- Copy of immunization records
- Mathematics teacher recommendation
- English teacher recommendation
- Student Interview

Can I complete the application process online?
The application is completed online through My SchoolApp. The Admissions Director will be able to send you the link to the application.
Is financial aid available?
Yes, a limited amount of financial assistance is available for families who qualify. You can find more information about how to apply for financial aid under the Admission tab. We use a 3rd party vendor, FAST.
Are there any assessments involved?
There is not a specific entrance assessment. The documents we collect during the admission process and meeting with the student and family provides enough valuable information to make a decision.
Are there any fees associated with applying?
When will I find out if my student has been accepted to Fairmont Prep?
For students applying to the 2020-2021 academic year, the admissions office at Fairmont Preparatory Academy reviews applications every two weeks, and decision letters are sent to families via email.
For our students that apply by our priority application deadline of 1/15/2021, for the 2021-2022 school year, acceptances will be delivered the first week of February 2021. After our application deadline, the admissions office reviews applications every two weeks, and decision letters are sent to families as we determine whether space is available for the fall semester.
What is the cost of tuition?
Fairmont Private Schools provides transportation services throughout Orange County and surrounding areas. Maintaining the highest safety standards, we operate our own fleet of buses and vans.
Due to COVID-19 and reduced ridership, Fairmont is suspending Transportation services until further notice. Contact your Campus for carpool and rideshare options.
