For the past two years, Fairmont Homestay has picked four veteran homestay students to act as homestay ambassadors. With the addition of boarding, this year the ambassadors also help out the boarding students. These students act as peer mentors, available to answer questions our new homestay and boarding students may have about housing, Fairmont, college search, just about everything a teen could ask another teen. These students are also expected to attend the fall orientation, new student homestay lunches, and two of the monthly excursions.
