Where can I view the bus schedule?

Fairmont Private Schools provides transportation services, including our own fleet of buses, throughout Orange County and surrounding areas. The bus schedule for the 2018–19 school year can be accessed on our transportation page.

What sports can my student participate in?

Athletes participate in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), which promotes sportsmanship, honesty, and quality academics to foster values such as trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and good citizenship in all of its athletes. Where do I submit my child’s health records?

All medical information must be submitted through the Magnus Health portal, which can be accessed through the Magnus Health Center link in My BackPack.

Does your school have a code of ethics?

Where can I view the lunch menu?

Each month, we update our lunch menu on our food services page.

Does Fairmont offer carpooling?

Yes, Fairmont has created a system to facilitate the communication between families interested in creating carpools. Visit our transportation page to learn more and to add your name to the carpool list.

How can I update my contact information?

All parent contact information must be updated in My BackPack.

How can I become involved with the school?

There are a variety of different ways for parents to become involved in the Fairmont community. Many parents find that joining the Fairmont Parent Association (FPA) is a wonderful way to connect with other Fairmont Prep parents and stay updated on important events and information pertaining to both parents and students. We also encourage you to chaperone student events when the opportunities present themselves. Please visit our FPA page for additional information and to learn more ways that you can be actively involved in your student’s school community.

How does my student request a transcript?

You will need to request your student’s transcript through the Fairmont Prep registrar’s office. Requests may be completed online. For questions regarding transcripts, please contact Kristy Skehan at (714) 999-5055 x1411.

What is the Fairmont College Promise, and does this program apply to my student?
At Fairmont, we promise that each student who attends our schools from 7th through 12th grades will be accepted to and receive a scholarship from a top 100 college or university (as defined by U.S. News & World Report). If not, Fairmont will pay for the student’s scholarship by refunding up to 100 percent of his or her high school tuition. We call this groundbreaking initiative the Fairmont College Promise. How do I report my student’s absence?

If your student must miss school for any reason, please contact the attendance office at 714-999-5055, ext. 1674 or via email at ymendez@fairmontschools.com. You can contact the attendance office directly anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Where can I find a copy of the student handbook?

We strongly encourage all of our parents and students to familiarize themselves with the student handbook, which can be found on our website. You can also find a link to the student handbook in the “My Fairmont” link at the top of the website.

What after-school activities are available for my student?

Fairmont’s Prep Plus after-school program is a unique and dynamic rotating schedule of tutoring and enrichment workshops. Prep Plus offers students who desire to learn more about American culture, try new sports, prep for tests, get homework help, or simply socialize with friends the opportunity to choose from a variety of classes and workshops. Where does my student order books for the school year?

All books for the academic year can be ordered through our online bookstore.

What is My BackPack?

My BackPack is Fairmont Private Schools’ student and parent online portal. Within My BackPack, you can view and update your student’s information (including his or her student medical record) through a web browser or via the My BackPack mobile app.

Whom can I contact to learn more about my student’s academic performance?

To keep yourself apprised of your how your student is performing academically, contact his or her academic counselor. Additionally, you can always check your student’s grades in My BackPack. Click on the Daily Assignments and Comments link, and then select the Graded tab.

My child is an international student. Whom should I contact regarding housing?
